ICT Private Cloud and LCCS - Colombia

Lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of the Private Cloud portfolio (compute, storage, virtualization, container platforms), ensuring secure, scalable, and cost-efficient cloud capabilities that align with LLA ICT strategy and support OpCo business growth. • In addition to the Private Cloud portfolio responsibilities, this role will also lead the product management and lifecycle of LCCS (Liberty Connected Cloud Service)—a bundled suite that integrates Cloud capabilities with LLA’s core network and ICT services. 

• Define the LLA Private Cloud and LCCS strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business requirements, customer needs, market trends, and OpCo priorities.
• Translate business, customer, and technology needs into standardized, scalable Private Cloud offerings across compute, storage, virtualization, and container platforms.
• Drive end-to‑to‑end lifecycle management of services (design, launch, enhancement, optimization, retirement).
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration with Architecture,  Security, Finance, vendors/partners, Delivery and Support, to ensure successful execution and continuous improvement.
• Enable operational and financial performance, including cost efficiency, resource utilization optimization, and margin improvement
• Support OpCos with use case validation, onboarding, adoption acceleration, and best practice guidance to maximize customer and business value.
• Ensure governance, standardization, and alignment, while balancing local market needs and commercial realities.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse markets, stakeholders, and technical/commercial audiences.

• Demonstrated expertise in private cloud technologies, including hands‑on experience with VMware, OpenStack, Kubernetes, and enterprise‑grade virtualization and container platforms.
• Proven track record in product management within cloud or IT infrastructure environments, covering strategy, roadmap ownership, and end‑to‑end service lifecycle management.
• Strong financial acumen, including experience with pricing models, TCO/ROI analysis, business case development, and margin optimization.
• Practical experience translating business and customer needs into standardized, scalable cloud products that balance technical feasibility with commercial impact.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery practices.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across architecture, engineering, delivery, operations, commercial, and vendor ecosystems, enabling alignment and smooth execution.
• Cloud‑related certifications (Red Hat, VMware, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure) preferred, demonstrating credibility when engaging in technical discussions and decision‑making.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, with the ability to simplify complex technical topics and support data‑driven recommendations.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse markets, stakeholders, and technical/commercial audiences.
