ICT SCA & PARTNER MANAGER

Manage strategic partners, hyperscalers, and key ICT vendors to maximize contractual value, performance governance, and delivery scalability for ICT services. This includes owning hyperscalers and partner agreements, ensuring KPI and incentive compliance, reconciling delivery partner performance and payments, and tracking commercial and operational commitments to ensure benefits
Responsabilidades e atribuições
- Own and manage AWS and ICT partner agreements, including KPIs, incentives, and governance frameworks.
- Track certifications and competency progress, maintain eligibility for incentive programs, and secure partner benefits (rebates, MDF, discounts, co sell status).
- Coordinate enablement plans with OpCos and partners to accelerate certification timelines and maximize incentive value.
- Lead delivery partner reconciliation, including delivery validation, invoice alignment, and dispute resolution.
- Ensure payment accuracy through coordination with Finance, Procurement, and delivery teams.
- Track commercial and operational commitments (not owning commercial execution), ensuring those remain aligned with agreements.
Requisitos e qualificações
- Hands‑on experience managing hyperscaler partner programs, including agreements, KPI frameworks, incentive programs, and Partner portals.
- Vendor and partner management expertise, including contract negotiation, SLA governance, and commercial frameworks (MSA, SLA, OLA).
- Experience in reconciliation and commercial/operational governance, including delivery validation, invoice review, and dispute management.
- Knowledge of certification and competency programs, including eligibility and incentive structures.
- Experience tracking—not owning—commercial commitments, such as consumption KPIs, GTM milestones, or contract‑based obligations.
- Familiarity with financial and procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba).
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret contractual KPIs and compliance requirements.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with strong communication skills across technical and commercial audiences.
- Familiarity with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence) and cross‑functional coordination
Informações adicionais
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Contract/Partner management or sourcing certifications preferred (e.g., CIPS, IACCM).
