General Ledger Analyst - Kodak - Guadalajara

A transnational Company that is leading global manufacturer focused on commercial print and advanced materials & chemicals. With 79,000 worldwide patents earned over 130 years of R&D who believes in the power of technology and science to enhance what the world sees and creates, is looking for a General Ledger Analyst to join their team.

The General Ledger (GL) Analyst will report directly to GL Supervisors and work closely with GBS Accounting Managers and Regional Controllers to perform group, local, and statutory accounting. Key activities include the preparation, review, and posting of standard, adjusting, and reversing entries, and the execution of period-end close activities. Additional duties include coordinating the certification of period-end results, performing account analysis, and reconciling GL accounts.

The role involves using SAP S/4HANA for processing and posting journal entries and BlackLine for GL account reconciliations, investigating material variances, and providing detailed commentary during close. In addition, this role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with internal controls and responding to internal, group, and government audit requests by filing necessary forms and providing required documentation or support.
